When you are not in ‘an every day performance environment’ with team mates or a coach at every session you need to ‘create situations’ or surround yourself and interact with as many positive experts as you can. Join in with athletes from other sports, ‘take’ from others, learn from others. Find your limit every so often . . . . .

That is the rule isn’t it ? The day you think you have recovered from an injury … take a couple of days off !?

Pleased with myself that I have been able to hold myself back. Grateful to the work and support of the Physios at the Irish Institute of Sport. Mindful that I ‘do as I am told’ :)
