A lot of secrets were revealed over the weekend at Tricamps Killenard - swimming, biking and running - not least that I am a bit of a ‘moaner’ !

After the Totalsports terra firma race at the weekend (ill admit I felt terrible and a little alien getting back to racing)we started some filming for i-am-specialized this morning.
