120km Sunday Morning Bike Ride

Before flying out to Monte Gordo I rode with Catriona Morrison and The Cartmell - we chatted some old dudes, ate some nougat, talked about bike brands, rode for 120k,  questioned Cat on her kit not matching her bike and wished her good luck for her Hawaii debut (she is already the fastest ever women on the ironman distance, we hope she becomes the fastest hawaii debutant too).

When I suggested she should have got a Specialized Shiv the pace went up and I was forced to put my camera away . .  had she a Shiv I might not have been able to film anything  ??????
