This was my 1st time being coached for triathlon and the main aim for me and the group was to improve and try to be more competitive in the national series. I had meet Gavin in Spain April 2008 as I was sent over by Triathlon Ireland to treat him (ed - physcially and metally!)

10 Years in the Shire . . .

 10 years ago I drove into to Stirling with my Dad attempting to pronounce the road signs in a bad Scottish accent. I wasn’t laughing. I knew no one. I was totally petrified.
During those 10 years there were good times, bad times and great times.
