my time in ‘Cycleways’ bike shop in Dublin and the introduction of a new friend

the clocks changing, my winter training ending and the pre competiton phase thats about to begin

my coaching group which have improved by an average of 25 seconds over 400m in the pool

how is really miss South African nougat and that my current favourite joke is “how do you make Lady Gaga cry ? …. Poker face  …….

The reason for my lack of enthusiasm and blogging work ethic is my bike ride this morning in the ugly Fermanagh weather.

I met a large group of cyclists coming in the other direction – Mr Voice was saying “dont do it!” …….. it was 90k later that I turned off from the group and started my intervals ….. my belly thinking my throat had been cut … its now that you find me tired, grumpy and heading for an early bed …. with my energy and positivity restored ill tell you that I actually enjoyed the ride and im looking forward to a big weeks training which ends with the Titanic 10k
