Joining Lynne Algar in Tri Camps 2010 will be Adam Kelly – Sports Scientist, Lifecoach, Triathlete and Coach. His addition adds to the knowledge base of the team as Tricamps 2010 caters for athletes of every ability, from triathlon virgins to elites.
I am delighted to welcome Lynne Algar to Tri Camps 2010 !! Currently an Exercise Physiology postgraduate researcher at the University of Limerick, Lynne specialises in recovery strategies for athletes.
On the day in Monte Gordo when we did our Cafe reccie (my favourite was in Vila Real de San Antonio - my Americano was stronger than strong and my Chocolate Eclair and half of Tony’s hit various spots) I suggested that the first camp should be early in the new year . . . Why ????
