Joining Lynne Algar in Tri Camps 2010 will be Adam Kelly – Sports Scientist, Lifecoach, Triathlete and Coach. His addition adds to the knowledge base of the team as Tricamps 2010 caters for athletes of every ability, from triathlon virgins to elites.

Adam set up practice in Zest Fitness Studio 8 years ago, where he and his team look after athletes from a variety of sports.  Zest specialises in Core Conditioning, Nutrition and Functional strength development.

He is also the Triathlon Editor for Outsider Magazine, Ireland’s outdoor adventure magazine, and successfully coached 4 newbie Triathletes to success in the Outsider Triathlon Challenge 2009.

Adam started out his sporting life as racing cyclist, completing 2 Junior Tours of Ireland and 2 Raseanna.   After attending the Sydney 2000 Olympics, and seeing Triathlon being included for the first time, he decided to join in on the excitement and started triathlon racing in Australia for the season.  Since then Adam has loved every minute of Triathlon and loves to share that enthusiasm and passion with fellow triathletes.  Adam completes at the highest level in Ireland finishing second in National league rankings in the 30-34 age group 2009, while running his own business. He uses his life coaching skills to help “everyday working athletes” like himself, get the most from their training time and therefore from life!

A member of the Wicklow team which took the 2009 National Triathlon Team Championship title,  Adam believes that everybody who would like to achieve their full potential should use a coach – “This is not just for sport, but in all areas of life, to achieve continuous personal development”.

Adam, along with Lynne, will bring fresh ideas, professionalism and enthusiasm to TriCamps .
