‘Rosey the trainer’ sits waiting for me to get back to 100 % health. I was awoken on Tuesday morning by a mouthful of French cuisine reversing itself out of my stomach . . . not the nicest way to start the day.

Sometimes I wonder to myself should I be more detailed or can I be more detailed in what I do ?
When I chat to other athletes I sometimes think “sh1t maybe I should look for that extra 1% too”.
