Ben Nevis – Saturdays training location

Saturdays training was simple – go up and come back – Sherpa Mc Namee and I spent just under 3hrs on Ben Nevis
Kerry Lang tried to say it wasn’t a moutain this morning at swimming . . . . . with my back and for some reason biceps still in agony I shot her ‘a look of death’ !!
