Camp Awesome

Phil doesn’t like early mornings so I am swimming 41×100 alone. Phil has beautiful soft feet that neither do much walking or any running. I am running along the coast alone. Phil does ride though. Around 11am after café solo. Phil rides fast and I get to do my 3hr loop in 2.5hrs . . .  mustang sally Deignan.

At the dinner buffet Mustang and I are the remaining remnants of the ‘Triathlon Ireland Jones Performance Irish endurance camp awesome. Working very hard for an easy life.

Senor Keane and Murphy have left, futures Arron O Brien and Con Docherty, fabulous Miss Morrison and Irish Ironman record holder Martin Muldoon. Middle distance runners Darren McBrearty and Thomas Chamney. Irish international cyclists Jack Wilson and Caroline Ryan. The leader of the pack Mr Jones himself, Coach Tommy Evans, Junior Coach Elena Maslova, Magic Hands Deirdre Burrell .  . .  it was a great mix of Irish Athletes at one table. The banter as always, Irish and pushing the limits  . . . .

1 last ride in the sun and home to start my Christmas shopping ! I like working under pressure . . .
