Champion System . . . Motivation TV

I don’t know how but I blame the snow for the TV not working. With a mega bowl of porridge after a main set of 4x (1×100 off 70, 100@2, 50@35, 100@2, 25@15, 125 easy) I watched some Champion System TV instead. I spied with my little eye – the 9th dudes belly flop, B for Bobby on the bridge ….
