    are u ready for next Saturday? i know u can do it, u have no problem with swim and cycle drafting but u need to focus on running.

    my advice,treadmill will help u a lot, once every week, run outdoor morning&evening 6times per week.

    i thought u might be interested in Treadmill. Workout Warm Up: 10mins 10km/p @1% incline, Main Set:4 x 3mins sustained fast 21.5km/p, easy 3mins 17km/p, Cool Down:10mins 12km/p

    or Warm up/Cool down as normal as above, Main Set: 400m 22km/p, 200m 17km/p 10times.
