I love Coffee

I went han solo in Jonkershoek this morning for a lonely lap. Paddy Englishman was at British National Duathlon Champs; I think Paddy Scotsman is in the big blade in Spain; Paddy Jameson left Stellenbosch with his band weeks ago . . .
When I got up at 7am I drank from Paddy Englishmans cup aswell as my own.
It has two virtues – it is wet and warm
Ifeckinlovethecoffee. I have developed a bit of an espresso habit whilst in South Africa. I need at least a daily double at the moment to be able to espresso myself. In the mornings if it wasn’t for lots of it Im not sure I’d have an identifiable personality whatsoever. My little machine and I have bonded.
Now that the athlete count is starting to dwindle not only am I needing more coffee but I am back on Ruby and the Watts
To end the week I had my run in Jonker’s and 4 x 10mins on my Specialized Tarmac @ threshold with a fartlek run off. I am slowly getting back to running after some time off and having had to pull out of Syndey World Series means I am probably having to return home earlier than May 12th.
Dublin Airport has one of my favourite cafes – it doesn’t serve the best mug but it does mean I have either been home or am on route . . . .
