I first met Lynne in Switzerland this year where she assisted National Coach Chris Jones:

My role on the camp was to provide Physical Therapy support, but I also got to put my Sport Science skills to practise whilst; taking bloods, demonstrating some core strengthening exercises and filming running techniques. The camp was a huge eye-opener for me as an Age-Group athlete. The first word that springs to mind when I think of the trip is “volume”. The amount of training the athletes complete is hugely impressive, and this was at altitude with the sessions taking place at 2000m and higher ” (taken from Limerick Tri Club).

Peviously a World Ranked Pentathlon International, Lynne is also a competitive Age Group Triathlete in Ireland. Having just completed her Competitive Triathlon Coaching level II award with the ITU she will bring all her expertise to Tricamps.ie . . . . high 5 !
