I am running around like a headless chicken all day - its my last day in Stellenbosch and this morning I laid out my plan to be ready to leave at 6pm for the 8.50pm flight - swim, breakfast, receipt collection and debts paid, coffee stop, massage, coffee stop, pack my bike, send an email, pack my clothes, pay more debts, 1 last coffee and 1 last white chocolate blueberry muffin …..

However now it seems my flight isnt until 10.50pm so here I am bloggin with a double shot expresso and a bunch of raisins (possibly not the best combination before a long haul?).

So anyway …. I am now part of the Nekada triathlon team on the virtual super highway - I met most of the guys during my stay here in South Africa and you can see my team mates on NekadaTriathlonTeam.com - Theres:

So thats 2 Xterra South Africans, 2 Ironmen and 2 dudes from Stirling Triathlon Club who dont like the cold (I would have included Fraser in the Ironman grouping but that would have left me like a bit of a loner !) ….

Wheres the chicks (?) was the first question I posed …. im still awaiting an answer
