Night Running

Gottaloverunninginthedark. From the days training I was at the letter L on the mp3, so with Lil Wayne and Lupe Fiasco I hit the streets.
With no day light my perception of length changed and so I felt like I was running much faster than reality.
The only light on the long mile straight came from the head torch wrapped around my waist. My focus was enhanced and the time seemed to pass quicker.
Just I caught up to Shadow he would surges again at the next street light.
I thought about everything and nothing. Within 15k I had solved all the problems in my litle world until the tomorrow. Gottalovenightrunning.
Stirling Castle
It’s a big weekend for triathlonteam members Conrad and Fraser – Xterra Worlds in Maui and Longhorn 70.3 in Texas. There are rumours of new triathlonteam members in the near future, girls at that, so stay tuned.
