I was surfing online this morning and checked out Alexsandars blog -  it brought me back and made me smile – check it out here pulsslag.com

Also on there is a post on Alexsandars first impressions about me ….. meeting ‘a real Irish guy’ for the first time.  He describes me as ‘interesting’ and a ‘different type of athlete’ – I dont care what you think, I’m taking that as positive !

I remember the idle time spent with Alexsandar at the cafes in Stellenbosch - Americano and white chocolate and raspberry muffins.

He would pretend he was on his way to do some online-coaching, I would pretend I was only there for 1 muffin.

He would tell me about his ride to Franschhoek pass and that when he saw the baboons he had to turn around …. I would tell him that theres only 1 thing worse than a baboon and that was a tame baboon.

Maybe you had to be there to appreciate the chat ?

Or maybe we were there for the muffins and not the chat ?

In fact as soon as the muffins were gobbled the chat sort of died out ??

They were good muffins though.
