Phil doesn’t like early mornings so I am swimming 41×100 alone. Phil has beautiful soft feet that neither do much walking or any running. I am running along the coast alone. Phil does ride though. Around 11am after café solo. Phil rides fast and I get to do my 3hr loop in 2.5hrs . . [...]
