I looked forward to the ‘bocadillo ride’ for a few days. Now our Friday tradition of a 90min recovery ride which ends on the seafront for a bocadillo and cafe solo. A combination of an increase in volume, a mosquito (deceased) and 2 passionate neighbours had made me tired by the end of the week.
Before the cancelled flight, the hire car, the hotel, the 2 new flights, the taxi and the bus – Belgian Triathlete Peter Croes came to stay in our Spanish home.

In the next few days ill be keenly watching the ITU Grand Final in the Gold Coast. Along with Will ill be cheering for team ireland and Emma in the womens elite U-23- and last but not least my main man McNamee who goes in the U-23′s for Britain.
