‘Rosey the trainer’ sits waiting for me to get back to 100 % health. I was awoken on Tuesday morning by a mouthful of French cuisine reversing itself out of my stomach . . . not the nicest way to start the day.

A week when my body tried to resist being asked to speed up in training. The central governor was also tested and woken from it’s winter slumber.
