Conrad and Fraser both continued their winning ways on the weekend. Conrad is now 4 for 4 on the 2010 Xterra Circuit and Fraser added another 70.3 UK title  !!!
Dan Hugo came back to racing to finish 2nd in Xterra Richmond and my boy Aleksander recorded another top 10 in an Ironman event . . . Loving their work

From sunny South Africa - sunny Spain -  sunny Milton Keynes - to the sunny Shire. I arrived back in Scotland on friday after 7 months away
