The 2009 World Porridge Making Championships – Carrbridge

Nell Nelson is going to be there – I dont know who she is but she has blonde hair and is passionate about cycling and food. Theres mountain biking and skiing in the area and 1 boyo even uses water from a secret underground well to make his dreamy porridge (my secret ingredient is a secret. But often that secret comes back to haunt you in a crowded room, or so im told).
As my brother Gareth would say
“you couldn’t make it up !!!”
I am not sure how I came across this wesbite but the date has been saved in my little black book – on the 9th of October 2009 I will go to Carrbridge near Inverness and seek the finest Porridge in all the lands - thats my dream !
