The Lost Sheep - Kenmare 2009

I have fond memories of my trip to Kenmare a few years ago - a great race at the Lost Sheep, amazing scenery, a beautiful town, some seal watching, craic was good and I had the best ‘fish n chips’ in all the land, twice.

‘The Pack’ were there at the weekend

Triathlon is about experiences:

“bike - loved it - I truly enjoyed every sec, suffered but finished right up there and felt really good”

“I loved it . . . the team spirit the night of the race was awesome . . . I was really delighted everyone was happy with their performances”

“Great finish to the season”

“The race itself was probably the most enjoyable of the season”

The Pack are 99% finished for the season. It’s been great to have been involvd with them in 2009 - in the coming weeks I’ll chat about that a bit more

When I was in Kenmare I found my dream shop - Bob and I carbo loaded jammed there the day before.
