IV TRIATLON SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR
Another weekend in Spain. Another Race. It is always nice to have a ‘hit out’ at the end of a weeks training.
That’s my week in a nut shell. Swimming, Biking and Running. After an easy 5km swim this morning the ’stair test’ indicated I should have the rest of the day off . . . . . not even Lucozade or caffeine could help
