Tri Camps 2010

A lot of secrets were revealed over the weekend at Tricamps Killenard – swimming, biking and running – not least that I am a bit of a ‘moaner’ !
It was a great group of athletes, an excellent venue and I brought some good weather home with me from South Africa. Some photos, a video and a report will go up soon on www.tricamps.ie and on the facebook page
