Triathlon is not easy. There will be highs. There will be lows. Nobody knows everything. We are all different.
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, ice cream would be it. Ice cream has been scientifically proven to taste good, whereas the rest of my advice has no more basis more reliable than my own meandering experience in the triathlon world. But trust me on the ice cream . . . .
