TWITTER - gavontwitter

 Here I am ‘going with the flow’ and following 2 Keynans in a recent 10k . . . . “balls on a plate” as my Dad would say. I’m not going to lie, I felt good for that 2k - unfortunately for me there was 8k to go and a headwind and in hindsight I’m a bit of a muppet. On the ‘going with the flow’ theme Im now on TWITTER

Its another beautiful day here in Enniskillen, just some light rain forecast ALL DAY. Jack Penate is on my juke box and getting back into a regular routine is on my mind
