I have been catching up with my fellow triathlonteam members in the past few days:

One Mans Opinion

Conrad Stoltz had written a “when harry met sally” piece on me during the summer. Click on the above “one mans opinion” to get directed there. Currently he is customizing shoes as only he can, training in the states and doing the dishes as his partner Amber Montforte recovers from doing a ridiculous amount of mileage at a ridiculous speed in winning an Ultraman Canada.

Fraser Cartmell is in the Shire, swimming, biking, running, contemplating, planning and making bacon sandwiches. 70.3 Worlds is his next major misson.

Aleksandar is talking Ironman, powertaps and wattage and has a cool Lance Armstrong retro photo on show !

Dan Hugo was having fun with a sexy model on a recent photo shoot for one of his sponsors but now when I checked triathlonteam.org it was reported he is in bed with the flu – in no way am I suggesting the model gave it to him …. and even if she did, she looked worth it from where I was sitting.

Dejan is also talking Ironman and has a great position on his TT bike. Itsallaboutgettinginposition. Top 10 results in Ironman Austria and UK have set him up for Hawaii soon.

Igor is currently entertaining Master Nikola. There seems to be quite a lot of pictures coming out of that area of wine, cheese, skimpy white pants – I guess one led to the other ? A few weeks ago he reported on some of our training - in particular some of our swimming sets. Mine is a secret magic wizard session that can only be viewed here.

And last but certainly not least, my man Will Clarke is preparing for the Gold Coast World Championship final. Catch up on his training, Brad Kahlefeldt’s injured foot, the recent British National Team Relay Champs and his thoughts on life. This weekend Will will race in Paris for his French Team before jetting out to Oz . . . . my shire flatmate Maccers McNamee will be racing there too in the U-23′s …. I am hoping they both come home happy.

And myself – I flew ryanair last night – I hope its the last time I ever have to fly with those shower of sh$$es
